Pantone matching with Madeira and Isacord thread
We use Madeira and Isacord threads — the industry standard for commercial embroidery. With 15 needles per head, a single design can run up to 15 distinct colors without stopping the machine. For brands that need color accuracy, we match your Pantone to the nearest thread catalog color and send you approval before production starts.
The approval process includes a digital preview of the digitized design file. You approve the file before the machine runs the first production stitch.

- Preview & approve — You approve the digital stitch preview before production starts.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you digitize the design, or do I need to send an embroidery file?
- We handle digitizing in-house. Send us your logo or artwork as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) or high-res PNG and our team converts it into an embroidery file. Before production starts we send you a digital stitch preview to approve every detail.
- What is the minimum order for embroidery?
- We don't have a strict minimum — we quote from small quantities. Price per piece depends on stitch count and total order volume. Send us the details and we'll reply within 24 hours.
- How many colors can the embroidery have?
- Each head carries 15 needles, so a single design can run up to 15 distinct colors without stopping the machine. For brands that need color accuracy, we match to the closest Madeira or Isacord thread catalog color for your Pantone.
- How long does production take?
- It depends on volume and stitch count. Mid-sized orders (50–200 pieces) are typically ready within 7–12 business days after the stitch preview is approved. We confirm the exact timeline when quoting.
- Can you embroider on garments I already have?
- Yes. If your garments are already produced, we can embroider them. They should be on stable fabrics — polyester, cotton, or firm blends. Very stretchy or thin knits may need a backing; we evaluate this when we receive a sample.
- What is 3D Puff embroidery?
- 3D Puff uses a foam underlay beneath the design that lifts it off the fabric surface, adding dimension and volume. It's a streetwear staple for caps and hoodies. The foam is automatically trimmed when the embroidery finishes.
- Do you work with international brands that manufacture in Colombia?
- Yes. We work with brands from the US, Europe, and Latin America that produce in Colombia. We communicate in both English and Spanish and handle international payments. The digital approval process makes remote collaboration easy.
- Is embroidery done in the same factory as the garment manufacturing?
- Yes. We run the embroidery machine inside our own Barranquilla factory. That means embroidery and cut-and-sew go on the same production order — one lead time, no coordinating between outside shops.
