Retromarine is a contemporary swim and resort-lifestyle label that ships internationally from a Shopify e-commerce storefront and supplies a network of wholesale buyers in the U.S. and Latin America. The brand sits in the premium swimwear space: vintage-inspired silhouettes, pattern-led collections, considered fits.
Our relationship with Retromarine is intentionally end-to-end. It begins at the moodboard: our design and pattern teams work alongside the founders to translate seasonal direction into a producible collection, covering fabric and trim selection, technical patterns, fits, prints, samples and the full tech-pack package. Once the collection is approved, our production lines run it.
From there, we operate as their warehouse and outbound logistics team. We hold finished inventory, monitor the e-commerce stock levels and automatically restock the website on a planned cadence so their shop never runs out of the bestsellers. When a wholesale order lands, we pull it from the same pool, pack it to that buyer's spec, and ship it directly to the wholesale client. No double-handling, no separate brand warehouse.
In practice this means Retromarine's founders run a brand that operates at the scale of a much larger team. Design happens with us, production happens with us, fulfillment happens with us, wholesale shipments happen with us. They focus on the creative direction, the customer and the growth. We run the rest of the apparel business in the background.
