Banana Republic is one of the most recognized American specialty apparel brands in the world. Founded in 1978 and part of the Gap Inc. portfolio since 1983, the brand operates hundreds of stores across the United States and internationally, with an aesthetic built on versatile, modern essentials, refined casual wear that holds up to a customer who expects consistency from one season to the next.

Our work with Banana Republic starts well before the sewing floor. Each season our team meets directly with their product development group in Los Angeles to build the men's swim collection from scratch, interpreting the seasonal direction, sourcing fabrics and trims, engineering patterns and fits, and developing the full sample and tech-pack package alongside their developers. By the time a style is approved for production, it has been built jointly with their team, to their spec, and ready to scale.

Once approved, we produce more than 10,000 units per year of men's swimwear for Banana Republic, swim trunks across multiple silhouettes, fabrications and colorways, supplied to support their seasonal swim assortments. The work is built around the standards a brand of this scale requires: tight measurement tolerances, audited workmanship, compliant trims and labels, full inline and final inspections, and packing specifications written for retail-floor handling.

Operating at this level means our planning team locks raw materials weeks ahead of cutting, our QA team works to a published AQL with documented inspection reports, and our finishing line ships ready-for-retail polybags, hangtags and care labels exactly to the brand's spec book.
